Overview
The Lock is a safety mechanism designed with a spring-loaded cover that holds the pool cleaner hose in place and automatically closes the suction fitting when not in use. It can be used with all suction pool cleaners such as Pool , Navigator, , Kreepy Krauly and many other suction pool cleaners. Installation Instructions: 1. Add silicone sealant to the 1 1/2 inch male threads and turn by hand into the 1 1/2 inch threaded wall fitting already installed in the pool. This fitting will be connected to the suction side of the plumbing system with a 3-way or ball valve at the equipment to adjust the flow. 2. Thread into the wall fitting as far as you can AND with the "arrow" pointing up. The will be at the top. 3. Anchor screws. 4. Use a screwdriver to open the flap, then insert the pool vacuum/cleaner hose. The inner "Clip" flap will help keep the pool vacuum/cleaner hose on the wall fitting when the pump is off. 5. When not in use, make sure the cover flap is securely latched. 6. NEVER
